About The Poster: A booklet of music sheets done in 1938 with the title of Fiorin Fiorello and a field of spring flowers, this piece is described as a Jazz selection with lyrics by Mendez and music by Mascheroni. Published in Milan by Mascheroni-S.A. Edizioni Musicali. Colours are clear and the illustration quite lovely. There is some foxing and the extreme edges are frayed, but the image is intact - we love this piece and feel it would look stupendous framed.

Music sheets are a small form of ephemera which is highly collectable as it recalls a simpler period in history when language, music and cover art were integral components of culture. Purchased recently in Italy.
