About The Poster: A vintage point-of-sale cardboard advertisement for laundry products, Candisol, illustrated by Tovagliari in 1947. The piece was recently purchased in Milan and is in very good condition. These types of card advertisements, which would have been attached at the point of sale of the product or in a shop window, were very popular in mid-twentieth century.
