About The Poster: A wonderful poster by Jules Alexandre Grun, whose works captured the essence of turn-of-the-century Parisian nightlife. Byyrh aperitif made it a point to advertise the health benefits of drinking tonic for the digestive tract. Many liquor producers focused their ads on such benefits, as this made it socially acceptable for women to consume alcoholic beverages in public. The poster is linenbacked and in great condition.
