About The Poster:
It isn't clear what the medicinal product Eutrofina was intended to treat, although the product, which contained iron, phosphorous and arsenic, was clearly linked to children (!) as can be deduced from the recurring motif of infants in various surviving ads from the period. Eutrofina was created during the turn of the century pharmaceutical "rush" that marked European markets circa 1900.
This advertisement is small, colorful and to-the-point: Children love Eutrofina. The piece is in great condition and matted to 13.25 x 18.25.
