About The Poster:  One of a series of posters put out by the French National Lottery in 1939 – during this period in French history the lottery was used to fund government war and social efforts. In these tranches (issues), the artist joyously depicts a happy harvester - moisson roughly translates as harvest. Linen backed, framed and in excellent condition.
