During the fifties and sixties, Apolo Attractions were visited by many locals who were drawn by the grace and originality of one of the most curious amusement parks in Europe. In fact, Mr. Valles had traveled halfway around to familiarize himself with the main attractions of Europe and America.
One of the most successful attractions was the "magic grotto", which was reached by van through a distance of almost one hundred meters in the midst of a miraculous fountain, trees, gold, prehistoric animals, and beautiful and sinister figures of cardboard dioramas .
Other attractions included: The mysterious river, horses, a labyrinth, an enchanted city, a miniature train, a puppet theatre, The Museum of Mechanical Dolls, The House of Laughter and, most remembered ride, the Autogruta. In the late seventies attractions were closed, Turning the space into an arcade for youth. (Source: http://www.achus.info/search.asp?keyword=Atracciones-Apolo)
