Etoile Anis, called star anise in English, has become a fairly common ingredient in baking, but its roots are more alcoholic: traditionally, star anise was used in production of the liquor Galliano, as well as in the production of Sambuca, Pastis and in many types of Absinthe.
This is a lovely, original poster in excellent condition with beautiful bright colours and hints of silver. Recently professionally linen-backed, this poster will look stupendous when framed.
