Mads Berg is a Danish illustrator specializing in poster design, brand and editorial illustrations, cover art, and murals. Based out of Copenhagen, Berg has an impressive list of international clients. His work is characterized by a style that translates classic poster art into a modern and timeless look.
Designed to celebrate the uber-trendy and ultra-historic travel destination of Mallorca, this poster reflects the profound beauty, history, and culture of Spain's Balearic Islands. It features Sa Calobra, a small village in the Escorca municipality on the northwest coast of the Spanish Balearic island of Majorca. The port village is a popular destination for coach trips and road cyclists and is accessible by a single winding road, designed by Italian engineer Antonio Parietti, which features many hairpin bends and a spiral bridge.
Unlined and in excellent condition, this poster would be (we modestly feel) a perfect design accent in any decor: modern, retro, and minimalist.
