1991 Original Exhibition Poster, Moebius, Jean Giraud

About The Poster:

This muted poster was designed by Jean-Luc Dion to promote an exhibition of Jean Giraud's works at the Maison de la culture Frontenac in the Summer of 1991. Giraud, better known under his pseudonym Moebius, was a French illustrator and cartoonist surpassed only by Hergé in reknown in the 20th century. This exhibition presented 35 years of his comics and illustrations, which included collaborations with Marvel comics as well as film adaptations. 

Printed on thin newspaper, this poster has been folded in half and shows some signs of creasing and water damage.
