About The Poster: A poster for an exhibition of works by Valerio Adami held at the Georges Pompidou Center, Paris, in 1975.
About the Artist: Valerio Adami is an Italian painter, born in Milan (where we purchased the poster) and of international repute. His art portrays obvious Pop Art influences, and his subjects are "highly stylized and often presented in fragments". His early work was more expressionist, but in the 1970s he began to address politics through art. Adami has garnered much attention, especially in Europe, where four retrospectives of his work have been curated to date. (Source: Wikipedia).
The poster is unlined and in very good condition.
