Cette imprimerie est devenue rapidement populaire grâce à ses estampes colorées produites en grandes quantités et accessibles pour un large public. Celles-ci dépeignaient des sujets variés et ludiques, comme de petites scènes militaires, folkloriques ou religieuses.\u0026nbsp;Dans ses premières années de production, l'imprimerie Imagerie d'Épinal utilisait des matrices de bois afin de réaliser ses différentes impressions. Puis, vers 1850, elle fit la transition vers l'utilisation de pierres lithographiques.
