About the poster: This is an original Soviet poster created to teach mechanics about how to properly maintain the Moskovitch 402.
Moskvitch cars were sturdy, reliable on substandard roads and were offered at low cost. Demand always exceeded production, so people in the Soviet Union had to wait a long time for a new car.
Perfectly retro, perfectly Soviet ... and pretty quirky.
The poster has been folded for many years but and is in poor condition - please see photos. Although we generally don't sell posters in this condition, we feel that it is a rare piece of ephemera and so - voila!
