Mads Berg is a Danish illustrator specializing in poster design, brand and editorial illustrations, cover art, and murals. Based out of Copenhagen, his work is characterized by a style that translates classic poster art into a modern and timeless look. He sees himself as more of a craftsman than an artist, claiming that knowledge and appreciation of visual heritage must be combined with a fascination of new design. His art reflects this, itself an amalgamation of vintage Art Deco and sleek cubism modernism.

Born in 1975, Berg graduated from the Danish Design School in 2001 and has since been working independently as a professional illustrator and occasional lecturer at design schools across Denmark. He has been a jury member for the Best in Swedish (Kolla) and Norwegian (Visuelt) Contemporary Illustration on several occasions, in 2010 he was awarded the “Best Danish Children's Comic” prize, and in 2009 the Danish Design Prize. Berg’s poster art is represented at the Danish National Design Archives at the Design Museum Danmark.

Koskenkorva Viina (also known simply as Koskenkorva, or Kossu) is the most common clear spirit drink (38%) in Finland, produced by Altia in the Koskenkorva distillery in Ilmajoki and bottled in Rajamäki. Kossu is at its best when cold, but can be also mixed for example with Coke (which is then called "Kossukola").
