About the Artist: Kijuro Yahagi was born in Yamagata Prefecture in 1952. He completed his graduate studies at the Waseda University School of Science and Engineering. He works on graphic design, conceptual art, photography, sculpture, architecture, furniture, way finding design, publishing, criticism etc. He currently teaches at both Keio and Waseda Universities. Â
