This original vintage poster was created by Yves Archambault for the 1994 edition of the Montreal International Jazz Festival. Established in 1980, holds the 2004 Guinness World Record as the world's largest jazz festival. For 25 years, the official posters have been imagined and painted by Yves Archambault. After studying fine arts and graphic design, Archambault began working for the Jazz Festival in 1988. He has worked with them ever since.
This poster is in good condition and ready to framed. The poster is available at l'Affichiste thanks to Marc Choko, Professor Emeritus at the Université de Québec à Montréal (UQAM) School of Design. A long time collector of posters, Choko has curated exhibitions and published on the subject since the 1980.
