About the Artist: Thollander is an American artist, illustrator and author who is known primarily for the artwork that he produced while deployed during WWII. After the war, Thollander transitioned to working in advertising to support his family until he could finance his own studio, in which he would go on to continue his fine art career. His combined experience in advertising, talents in fine art, and love for travel afforded him work opportunities that involved on-site landscape painting commissions, which we assume is what lead to the production of this poster. We think it would look great in a kitchen, restaurant or home bar.
There is slight creasing from having been previously folded, but this poster is otherwise ready to frame. Please see photos.
