About The Poster:  This poster was recently purchased in Barcelona. Created by the comic artist Antonio Batllori Jofré, in the 1940s, it seems to be a socially-oriented poster for a workers' mission (obrero means 'worker' in Catalan).

About the artist: "Antoni Batllori Jofré is an early Spanish comic artist. He drew for such magazines as Atalaya and En Patufet, before working with TBO magazine in the late 1940s. Antoni Batllori Jofré (1915-1999) is the father of Catalan cartoonist Toni Batllori. 

The poster has recently been linen lined, and is in overall good condition.
