Auguste Donnay (1862 - 1921) was a Belgian painter, illustrator, and poster artist. He taught for 20 years at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Liège.
This poster advertises an exhibition at the Cercle des Beaux-Arts ("Circle of Fine Arts"), a gallery now called the Liège Fine Arts Gallery and run by Liège's School of Fine Arts.
