About The Poster: This beautiful poster was produced for the Quebec tourism board in the 1960s and features an open air café (or "la guingette" in french) in the city of Montreal. The text along the bottom reads 'La belle province' - Quebec's nickname. Montreal is the largest city in the province of Quebec and was founded in 1642. Home to more than a million people, Montreal is a hub for business and creative industries and known for its rich cultural scene.
