Shipping, Fullfilment, Returns & Exchanges



All vintage posters will be shipped rolled in a reinforced packing tube. Smaller items may be packaged in boxes, reinforced envelopes, or as packages. We ship worldwide, and thus far, without any unpleasant surprises! Packed with love and care - we aim to ensure the safe travel of all of our pieces.

*Shipping Cost*

We have diligently prepared a cost-effective flat rate policy based on shipping items to our customers as rapidly and securely as possible. Shipping costs are calculated by the size of the online purchase in order to facilitate your purchase process. This cost is charged separately and is processed following the purchase authorization of the poster or print unless otherwise indicated. If shipping is not selected, your purchase will not be completed and all charges will be voided. Local buyers may pick-up in the gallery at no additional fee.


We will make every effort to ship your items promptly - usually within 1-2 business days. For orders within Canada we generally use Canada Post. For international shipping and shipping in the United States we use DHL Express. All items are insured and tracked. We send a tracking number and shipping information to all our customers by email as soon as we ship.

We are cannot be held responsible for delays incurred during shipment. Please refer to the tracking information provided to you in your order for tracking your parcels on the carriers’ website or by phone.

We will make every effort to make sure you get your purchase as soon as is possible and as far as we can control it. We'd be happy to provide alternate shipping arrangements if you are happy to pay a premium, please e-mail or call us prior to ordering if you have any questions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items leave our gallery in perfect (vintage) condition and we are very careful to pack them appropriately so that they may arrive at their destination intact. These items are one of a kind and therefore cannot be replaced. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped.

We do, however, insure our packages for their full value and therefore claims may be filed with the respective courier service.

If you are unsatisfied with the item purchased, you may return your item for a full refund or exchange it for another item in our gallery. In the event that you wish to return or exchange the item, you must contact us within a week of receiving your item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and must pay additional shipping charges on the item for which you have exchanged it. Items must be returned in perfect condition.
