We have diligently prepared a cost-effective flat rate policy based on shipping items to our customers as rapidly and securely as possible. Shipping costs are calculated by the size of the online purchase in order to facilitate your purchase process. This cost is charged separately and is processed following the purchase authorization of the poster or print unless otherwise indicated. If shipping is not selected, your purchase will not be completed and all charges will be voided.
In the event where you may stipulate and/or require special delivery considerations (ex: signed delivery, same day courier service, etc.) please append a comment to your purchase order. Alternatively, you may contact us for a more detailed shipping quote before purchasing an item.
We will make every effort to ship your items promptly - usually within 3-4 days. Delivery will depend on the choice of carriers. For orders within Canada we generally use Canada Post, and for orders outside of Canada we use the US postal service (USPS). In some cases (usually international shipping) we will ship with United Parcel Services (UPS) or other courier services. All items over $100 are insured and tracked. We send a tracking number (#) and shipping information to all our customers by e-mail as soon as we ship. Be advised that shipments to foreign countries may take weeks rather than days.
We are not responsible for delays incurred during shipment. Please refer to the tracking information provided to you in your order to track your parcels on the carrier's website or by phone.
We will make every effort to make sure you receive your purchase as soon as possible and to the best of our abilities. We would be happy to provide alternate shipping arrangements should you be willing to pay a premium. Please e-mail us prior to ordering should you have any questions.
