Shipping and Privacy Policy

General Info

Shipping costs are determined by the size of the parcel or package, where it is going, and how it is shipped. Please contact us for shipping information and costs before purchasing an item.

We will make every effort to ship your items promptly - usually within 3-4 days. For orders within Canada we generally use Canada Post, and for orders outside of Canada we generally use the US postal service (USPS). For large poster tubes we ship with UPS. Shipping costs are over and above the costs of the poster or print unless otherwise indicated. For items over $100 we ship with tracking and insurance and will send you the tracking # and shipping information as soon as we ship. We are not responsible for delays due to postal services, and please be advised that shipments to foreign countries can take weeks rather than days - depending your choice of mail or special carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) We will make every effort to make sure you get your purchase as soon as is possible and as far as we can control it. We'd be happy to arrange alternate shipping arrangements if you are happy to pay a premium, please e-mail us prior to ordering if you have any questions.

Customs 

You are responsible for your country's customs and taxes applied on imported items. We will not mark an item as a "Gift" on a package's Customs Form, nor misrepresent the product in the Customs Declaration Form.

Shipping Error

If the product you received is different to that which you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. Returns for mis-shipments are accepted within one week of receipt.
