This original print is from a vintage edition of La Presse, a Canadian newspaper. It was founded in 1884, as it recently went digital, this piece is really quite the find! This beautiful advertisement was for "Sunworthy Week" held in the first week of April in 1932. The image's caption asks: "Would you dare change the placement of your frames?" implying that where regular wallpapers would become discoloured and faded over time, Sunworthy is a "durable beauty" whose colour will be as consistent behind a frame as beside it.
Recently professionally matted in teal, this print would look wonderful in any living room, office or even children's room!
