About:

Godspell's first Broadway run opened in 1976 at the Broadhurst Theatre with a subsequent run from 1976 to 1977. The musical was hugely popular and saw numerous touring and international productions throughout the 1970s, following its Off-Broadway debut in 1971 and the 1973 film adaptation.

According to its Playbill, "The Gospel According to St. Matthew is presented in a series of skits and songs, with Jesus and his disciples presented as loving clowns, in this musical featuring songs by Stephen Schwartz, conceived and originally directed by John-Michael Tebelak."

Poster is on cardboard and in very good condition (with pinholes in all four corners). Ready to frame and perfect for a theatre geek or anyone who loves Broadway!
