This advertising carton, created to highlight the apéritif Kina Rok, features the character of Nectar - the mascot for the wine merchant NICOLAS. Born from the mind of Dransy and inspired by the deliverer of the house named Le Paven, the goofy deliveryman with the large mustache and saucer-wide eyes, loaded with bottles in each hand, became an iconic image. Instantly recognizable here (his pigeon-toed stance, square cap, and bottles of alcohol immediately give him away!), Nectar's silhouette stands above the Kina Rok name and decorates the carton's margins.

Printed by Draeger, a French printer founded in 1887 and one of the pioneers of printed French advertising. It is printed on thick card stock and has two holes in the center top with the original cord from which this piece hung in the store is still attached!
