This original screen print is a music poster designed by El Jefe for Chuck Ragan. It features knives and the lyrics of many of the singer's songs, including 'Do What You Do' and 'California Burritos' from his Feast or Famine album, 'Hold my Bed' from Bristle Ridge, and 'Valentine' from Covering Ground. Ragan is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist with a career as a solo artist after the punk rock group Hot Water Music disbanded in 2006. Son of golfer Dave Ragan and gospel singer Geraldine Ragan, Chuck is known for his acoustic, folk-style music.

El Jefe - whose real name is Jeffrey Everett - is a successful designer, illustrator, and author working out of Washington, DC. The subject matter of most of his posters centers around music, and while they fit right in to rock clubs and concert venues, his work can also be found inked into brave people’s skin and framed in high-end galleries around the world (including ours!).
