This original vintage piece was designed by Polish-Canadian artist Mieczysław Górowski for an exhibition at Galere Malbork in Montreal in 2002. The artist studied at the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts in the 1960s, and started designing posters upon graduating year in 1966. His portfolio boasts over 400 designs - many of which served to promote Montreal exhibitions and events.
This poster is in excellent condition and ready to be framed. This poster is available at l'Affichiste thanks to Marc Choko, Professor Emeritus at the Université de Québec à Montréal (UQAM) School of Design. A long time collector of posters, Choko has curated exhibitions and published on the subject since the 1980s.
